Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of QuranGoal and its related services. By using QuranGoal, you agree to these Terms.
1. QuranGoal services
QuranGoal provides Quran reading tools, saved Ayahs, account synchronization, AI-assisted recitation feedback, recitation progress features, prayer-time tools, alerts and other faith-related utilities. Features may change as the service develops.
2. AI Recitation is an aid
AI Recitation uses automated speech-recognition and matching systems. Automated results can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. QuranGoal’s AI feedback is intended as a practice aid and is not a substitute for instruction or correction from a qualified Quran teacher.
3. Quran and religious information
QuranGoal aims to present Quran and faith-related information carefully, but software can contain errors. If accuracy is important for a religious decision or practice, you should verify the information with a reliable Quran source, qualified scholar, local mosque or relevant authority.
4. Prayer times
Prayer times are calculated using location and calculation settings and may differ from a local mosque or religious authority. Users remain responsible for selecting appropriate calculation settings and confirming local prayer times where necessary.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for providing accurate information. You may not misuse another person’s account, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or use QuranGoal for unlawful activity.
6. QuranGoal Premium
Eligible signed-in users may receive a 7-day QuranGoal Premium trial when they first use eligible AI Recitation functionality. Trial eligibility is determined by QuranGoal’s entitlement system and may be limited to one trial per eligible account.
Paid Android subscriptions, when available, are purchased and billed through Google Play. Prices, renewal terms, billing and cancellation are presented through Google Play. Unless Google Play states otherwise, subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled through your Google Play subscription settings.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development. We do not guarantee that every feature will be continuously available or error-free.
8. Intellectual property
QuranGoal’s software, user interface, branding and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Quran text, translations, fonts, recitations, datasets and other third-party materials may be subject to separate rights, licenses or terms. These Terms do not claim ownership over the Quran itself.
9. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, bypass access controls or Premium entitlements, interfere with servers, automate abusive requests, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use the service in a way that harms users or the operation of QuranGoal.
10. Disclaimer
QuranGoal is provided on an “as available†basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We work to provide a reliable and respectful service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect speech-recognition accuracy, or error-free religious calculations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuranGoal and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your QuranGoal account from within the app or through our Delete Account page. Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as QuranGoal changes. The effective date above will be updated when the Terms change materially.
